A: You put the IP address in the wrong place.  The IP box is for the server address for our FXCM feed which is  206.71.64.14  and not the entry you have.

You need to put your IP address in the Host:Port edit box, ahead of the Port value and separated with a colon.  That is the source of your mistake.
