A: There is no problem with the program. When the Internet Services form is opened, it takes a brief while for the dates and files available to be downloaded, at which point the dates show on the form and the dropdown windows become populated. If this does not happen, the issue is more of an Internet connection issue than one of the program having a bug. Please be patient and wait for the dates, drop down selections, and Download button to populate the form.

When on that web page, click a link to save the file on the computer. Template files need to be saved in C:\Ensign\Template folder. Playback files need to be saved in C:\Ensign\Playback folder.
